Process of Worker Supply & Recruitment
Demand Letter:
The Demand letter is a letter that expressing a judicial claim which creates a demand for the placement of a worker,owing to the recipients professed breach of contract, or for a legal recruitment.
Power of Attorney
The individual grants other to act is the principal, donor or grantor. That means an individual has all the rights to process all the procedure in regards to recruitment in favor of that particular employer.
Employment Contract
An employment contract or contract of employment is a deal between an employer & employee which includes work scope, position, location, contains details about hours of work, the rate of pay, the employee’s duty and responsibilities etc.
Embassy attestation
Embassy attestation is getting done in favor of the employer by Bangladesh High Commission from that concern zone. It is a process of checking and verifying the employers are genuine in all required regard.
Ministry permission for Recruitment
Ministry permission for recruitment known as granting permission from our concern ministry in favor of the recruiting license based on proper demand letter, power of attorney, employment contract and embassy attestation where ministry will state the terms and conditions for the recruitment procedure.

Medical Screening

The selected fit candidates are only can apply for visa from the concern recruiting agency. The steps of visa processing are: 1) Submit Application with required documents, 2) To the concern embassy or nominated body for visa, 3) Pay Visa Fees, 4) Collect Visa.
Pre-Departure Training
The objectives of pre-departure training are making sure that the workers to be adjusting with new environment, a new culture, rules, regulations, norms, responsibilities & perform well in the foreign country.
BMET Immigration Card
The BMET emigration clearance card assures that the workers are flying with all legal identity with genuine gateway and before deployment at the airport this card assisting workers to pass immigration hassle free as the smart card storing all the relevant data of the worker.
Flight Booking
Flight booking is an arrangement to reserve a certain air ticket in advance. After all required document in hand and upon confirmation of worker and employer we only can go for flight booking and schedule.
Dispatch Arrangement
Arranging a safe & harass free dispatch giving a proper guideline & support by our flight department. We do orientation with the workers and provide necessary briefing to them about the rules & regulations of departure and onwards course of action.
After Departure Following Up
After deployment we communicate with the workers and employer or employer nominated person about the workers safe arrival and their receiving arrangement. It’s our core duty to ensure that workers are safely arriving to employer premises and starting job accordingly.
Repatriating
It is the procedure of one come back to his country of origin or citizenship. If the worker is unable to work or unfit physically by any serious illness then it happens based on mutual agreement and we take care of the worker financially and mentally and also from corporate social responsibility ground.
